I. Overview
The Anti-Spray and Absorbing Silencer Series is developed by Lianyungang Zhenhang Power Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd. Based on the composite noise reduction principle of anti-spray and resistance, combined with expansion and pressure reduction, sound absorption and noise reduction, and multi-stage noise reduction principles, it achieves superior noise reduction performance. Designed and manufactured according to the spectral characteristics of noise, this series is widely used for effective noise reduction in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, municipal, textile, cement, environmental protection, and other industrial and mining enterprises.
Section Two: Working Principle of Anti-Spray Muffler
Utilizing the anti-noise principle of resistance, spray, and block, the high-pressure steam, after a single flow control inside the silencer, enters the pressure-reducing chamber. There, it undergoes expansion in a large volume, reducing pressure to form low-pressure steam, which is then ejected. During this process, some of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy at certain frequencies. Although the noise power is significantly reduced, it often remains above the standard due to reasons such as exhaust deviation from the design value. To address this, a double-layered sound-blocking enclosure is designed around the pressure-reducing chamber, tailored to the spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the chamber. It is designed to effectively absorb the residual noise. After installation as required by the user, the total noise reduction can reach 36-90 decibels.
III. Advantages and Features
Enhanced structural resistance to noise, spray, and absorption, achieving ideal sound attenuation with features such as large noise reduction capacity, compact size, high strength, corrosion and high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, reasonable dimensions, light weight, low cost, and long lifespan, as well as easy maintenance and installation.
