Our series of silencers meet the noise reduction requirements for various sized boilers discharging exhaust steam into the air, steam valve exhaust, and the intake of boiler fans. They are also widely used in the steam exhaust of boilers in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, and other industries, as well as for other gas noise reduction and exhaust emissions, to meet the noise standards required by industrial enterprises. Their features include:
1. The steam exhaust muffler employs multi-stage sound absorption, featuring a large noise reduction capability. The exhaust muffler can achieve up to 35~40 decibels; while the vent muffler can reach 25~30 decibels.
2. The steam exhaust muffler is compact, lightweight, easy to install, and maintain.
3. The steam exhaust muffler body is made of high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel, offering sufficient strength and corrosion resistance.
4. Steam exhaust mufflers can be independently mounted to absorb both vertical and horizontal thermal displacements of the exhaust piping, ensuring that the piping is not subjected to additional loads due to the muffler installation, thus guaranteeing the safety of the exhaust piping under thermal operation. Overheated steam exhaust mufflers, saturated steam exhaust mufflers, compressed gas vent mufflers, F-type vent exhaust mufflers.
Steam exhaust muffler applications and product features:
The anti-spray and noise reduction series of steam exhaust silencers are widely used in power generation, chemical, metallurgical, textile and other industrial plants for various models of boilers, steam turbines, fans; safety valves, and other equipment to reduce noise and sound.
Steam muffler is a device that prevents sound from propagating while allowing air flow, an essential measure for eliminating the dynamic noise of steam emissions. In assessing the quality of steam exhaust mufflers, the following three aspects are mainly considered:
1. The soundproofing capacity of the muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standard for Industrial Enterprises."
2. The muffler's adaptability (i.e., its ability to adapt to a wide frequency spectrum of low to mid-range and high-temperature, high-pressure conditions).
3. The structural performance of the muffler (such as reasonable dimensions, low cost, and long lifespan).
Steam Emission Muffler, Steam Emission Silencer, Principle of Steam Silencer:
Boiler steam exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. The steam flow rate from power plant boilers is generally high, and high flow rates have a significant impact on the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we need to control the flow first. After the steam has been controlled, it enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam undergoes a large volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter holes, and the sound power in each frequency band is reduced. The sound pressure level frequency is pushed up to above 20,000Hz, significantly reducing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the pressure reduction body to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-45 decibels, meeting the requirements of the "Industrial Enterprise Noise Standard."
HR-SP Type Steam Emission Muffler
The structure of this series of mufflers is a small hole jet dispersion type muffler.
Application Scope
Suitable for reducing the dynamic noise generated during the steam emission of small-scale boilers.
Steam exhaust muffler, suitable for temperatures up to 450 degrees, pressure up to 6.4 Mpa
TB Type Steam Exhaust Muffler, TB indicating a sound-absorbing muffler with a barrier (composite). It is based on the small-hole design and includes a sound-absorbing barrier with sound-absorbing cotton filling. Gas enters from the bottom inlet and exits from the top. Due to the sound-absorbing cotton filling, it is suitable for pressures up to 6.4 Mpa; otherwise, the filling may be blown out. The shell is made of carbon steel, suitable for temperatures up to 450 degrees.
TB-3.82-10/57 Model Meaning: TB stands for Composite Exhaust Muffler, 57 represents the outer diameter of the interface is 57mm, and 10 represents the exhaust volume is 10T/H.

Steam exhaust silencer, small pore type, suitable for high temperature and high pressure
TA Type Exhaust Muffler, where "TA" refers to the perforated muffler. Suitable for high temperature and high-pressure environments, it does not require soundproofing cotton filling. The muffler is surrounded by perforations, allowing gases to enter from the bottom connection and exit around the sides.
TA-3.82-10/57 Model Meaning: TA signifies Small Hole Exhaust Muffler, 3.82 denotes pressure of 3.82 Mpa, 57 indicates the flange outer diameter is 57mm, and 10 represents the exhaust volume of 10T/H.
