Therefore, our company offers steam mufflers, primarily used for effective noise reduction in the steam exhaust of boilers and steam turbines in industrial sectors such as power generation, chemical industry, metallurgy, and textiles.

The steam exhaust silencer is designed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, ejection, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction capacity, small size, light weight, and easy installation.

This type of silencer is designed based on a comprehensive understanding of sound absorption principles. After high-pressure steam is once controlled within the silencer, it enters a pressure-reducing chamber where it is expanded through a large volume, forming low-pressure steam that is then emitted. During this process, a portion of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is significantly reduced, it often remains above the standard value due to reasons such as the exhaust steam deviating from the design specifications. To address this, a double-layered noise-dampening enclosure is designed around the pressure-reducing chamber, tailored to the frequency spectrum of the remaining noise emitted by the chamber, to effectively absorb the residual noise. Upon installation according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach between 36 to 45 decibels.

TB Type Steam Exhaust Muffler, TB indicating Muffler with Soundproofing Shell (Composite), enhanced with a soundproofing shell on the basis of the small hole design, filled with sound-absorbing cotton. Gases enter from the bottom connection and exhaust from the top. Suitable for pressures up to 6.4 Mpa, otherwise the filling may be blown out; the shell is made of carbon steel for temperatures up to 450 degrees.

TB-3.82-10/57 Model Meaning: TB stands for Composite Exhaust Muffler, 57 represents the outer diameter of the interface is 57mm, and 10 indicates the exhaust volume is 10T/H.

Steam exhaust muffler with small hole design, suitable for high temperature and high pressure

TA type exhaust muffler, where TA denotes the small hole muffler (small hole type), is suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications. It does not use sound-absorbing cotton filling, with all sides of the muffler being small holes. Gases enter from the bottom inlet and are discharged from all around.

Model TA-3.82-10/57: TA signifies the Small Hole Exhaust Muffler, 3.82 denotes the pressure of 3.82 Mpa, 57 indicates the external diameter of the connection is 57mm, and 10 represents the exhaust volume of 10T/H.
