Structural Style
The blast furnace gas pressure reducing valve muffler is a resistive plate-type sound absorption device. It incorporates coal dust cleaning measures internally, allowing for flexible replacement of the acoustic structure. The entire series is compatible with different specifications of pressure reducing valve sets for gas.
Section II: Applicability Range
Primarily used to control the air flow noise generated by the pressure-reducing valve assembly in the dust removal system of blast furnace gas.
Gas Flow Rate: 200,000 to 700,000 m³/h; Applicable Pressure: 0.01 to 0.013 MPa.
Usage:
This series of silencers is mainly used for effective noise reduction in steam exhaust from power, chemical, metallurgical, mining, and textile industry boilers, as well as in fans and other equipment.
Section 3: Features:
1. High noise reduction, ignition exhaust noise ≥ 42dBA; safety valve exhaust noise ≥ 39dBA
Fan noise attenuation ≥ 28 dBA High-pressure deoxygenator noise attenuation ≥ 35 dBA
2. Compact, lightweight, and easy to install.
3. Variety includes small-hole, through-hole, small-hole with soundproofing cover, and through-hole with soundproofing cover.
4. Long-lasting, with a lifespan up to 30 years.
Section 4: Order Instructions:
Micro-hole type, suitable for high temperature and high pressure
TA Type exhaust muffler, where TA indicates the tiny hole muffler (pore type), suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications. It does not use sound-absorbing cotton filling. The muffler is surrounded by tiny holes, with gas entering from the bottom pipe and exiting from all sides.
Model TA-3.82-10/57 Description: TA indicates a small hole exhaust muffler, 3.82 denotes a pressure of 3.82 Mpa, 57 represents the external diameter of the interface is 57mm, and 10 indicates the exhaust volume is 10T/H.

Composite type, suitable for temperatures up to 450 degrees, pressure up to 6.4 Mpa
TB Type Exhaust Steam Muffler, where TB stands for Acoustic Enclosure Muffler (Composite). It is based on the small-hole type and includes an acoustic enclosure with sound-absorbing cotton filling. Gas enters from the bottom pipe and exits from the top. Due to the sound-absorbing cotton filling, it is suitable for pressures up to 6.4 Mpa; otherwise, the filling may be blown out. The shell is made of carbon steel suitable for temperatures up to 450 degrees.
TB-3.82-10/57 Model Meaning: TB stands for Compound Exhaust Muffler, 57 indicates the external diameter of the interface is 57mm, and 10 represents the exhaust volume is 10T/H.

1. Application Objects (such as boiler ignition exhaust, safety valve discharge, fans, deaerators, etc.).
2. Boiler evaporation capacity, steam pressure, and temperature.
3. Emission Volume: t/h.
4. Original interface pipe diameter and wall thickness.
5. As long as the technical specifications provided by the customer are complete, our company can assist in designing and selling any type and specification of silencer.
