Steel Gravity-Driven Valveless Filter

Working Principle:
Water enters the filter from the distribution tank and is filtered from top to bottom. As the filter medium continuously retains suspended solids from the incoming water, the head loss in the filter medium gradually increases, causing the siphon to rise and the water level in the pipe to rise. When the water level rises into the water jet in the siphon auxiliary pipe, the air in the siphon pipe is carried away by the hydraulic action, creating a vacuum. When the vacuum reaches the designed value, siphon action occurs, at which point the water in the tank is backwashed from bottom to top, allowing for "regeneration." As the filter medium is continuously backwashed, the water level in the tank drops to the specified level, breaking the siphon action, ending the backwashing, and the filtration unit resumes operation.
Product Features:
(1) This device is a domestic valve and control instrument, ingeniously utilizing the siphon principle to achieve an automatic operation valveless filter. Compared to other filtering equipment, it boasts advantages such as no need for manual operation, low energy consumption, low operating costs, safety and reliability, and easy management.
(2) The equipment is assembled into an integrated unit with a water tank, filter, U-shaped inlet pipe, and drain tank, featuring a compact structure. Users only need to prepare the equipment foundation and connect the inlets and outlets as required before the equipment can be put into operation.
(3) The equipment is made of carbon steel (or as per customer's requirement), with strict anti-corrosion treatment, high processing accuracy, and easy installation.
Product Application:
(1) Side-stream treatment for industrial circulating cooling water in the oil, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, refining, light industry, and textile industries.
(2) Surface water purification, iron and manganese removal from groundwater
(3) Filtration treatment for urban and rural waterworks.
(4) Pretreatment for softening and desalination processing.
(5) Purification treatment for swimming pools and water features with fountains.
(6) Used for removing suspended solids from production wastewater, subsequent filtration after biochemical treatment of organic wastewater, and secondary sedimentation pond treatment, etc.
