Principle Overview
Automatic backwash mesh filter; raw water enters the filter body through the inlet, is filtered through the mesh, with particle impurities retained on the surface of the mesh, and the filtered water exits through the outlet.
Self-cleaning mode can be initiated by differential pressure, timer, or manual operation, with priority given to differential pressure.
When the pressure difference (P) between the inside and outside of the filter reaches the set value, the self-cleaning mode is activated. The hydraulic valve on the drain pipe opens, creating a vacuum inside the scanner's nozzle, suctioning away impurities. Simultaneously, the scanner moves in a spiral back-and-forth motion along the inner surface of the filter mesh under hydraulic power, ensuring no cleaning blind spots. Impurities are then discharged through the drain outlet.
The self-cleaning filter features a control system that pre-sets the cleaning time, and after the cleaning is complete, the drain valve closes, with the entire cleaning process using minimal water.

Product Features

Self-cleaning automatic backwash mesh filters are powered entirely by the water pressure within the system piping, without the need for external power.
