1. High filtration accuracy. The filter is lined with filter cloth, allowing materials to be filtered directly through the cloth, resulting in clear liquid after a simple recirculation. Additionally, diatomite or other auxiliary filter agents can be pre-coated on the filter cloth, eliminating issues like soil leakage, breakthrough, or filter layer detachment that are common in traditional diatomite filter machines.
2. Available for both positive and negative pressure. During filtration, pressure can be applied via a pump (positive pressure) or vacuum pump to create negative pressure. Even highly viscous materials can be pressurized from above and below.
3. The cake layer remains stable. The filter cloth is evenly laid on the screen, ensuring the stability of the cake layer and preventing the occurrence of cake slippage.
4. High slag capacity. When the material is scarce and impurities are easily filtered, it can form a thick filter cake layer, allowing the equipment to intercept a large amount of impurities.
5. No residue or cake filter. The material in the drum can be completely compressed clean using compressed air. Then, continue to charge the gas into the blowing C to dry the filter cake.
6. Easy to unload. The filter press features a bottom cover for unloading and a cylinder-assisted unloading design. After drying the filter cake, the bottom cover can be opened or closed with the cylinder, saving labor and providing convenient operation.
7. Detachable for easy cleaning, ensuring no blind spots and meeting sanitation grade requirements.
8. Economical Filtration Material. The material is usually a common filter cloth, affordable, and can be recycled.
