A mesh filter is a precision device that directly intercepts impurities in liquids such as water and oil using a filter mesh, removing suspended particles and debris from the liquids to reduce turbidity and purify the water and oil quality. It also helps to minimize the formation of system dirt, algae, rust, and more, ensuring the purification of liquid substances and the protection of other equipment in the system to function normally.

Structural Features:
The housing is made of carbon steel or stainless steel (304/316L).
NBR material used, high strength, good sealing properties.
Filter cores are available in stainless steel mesh and nylon mesh, with a wide variety.
Comprehensive specifications, highly customizable, and extremely easy to install and clean.
It is the best product for garden, agricultural irrigation, and various water treatment needs.
Filter Precision:
80 mesh/100 mesh/120 mesh/150 mesh
Model:3/4", 1", 1.5", 2" sizes; metal 3" and 4" sizes.
Operating Principle:
The principle of operation is to utilize the pores of the filter media to trap impurities such as silt, colloids, and suspended particles from the raw water. Due to the scientific distribution of the filter media, the filter bed has an excellent trapping effect on impurities, significantly improving the quality of the filtered water. The maximum filtration accuracy of the filter can reach 10μm. Additionally, the filter bed progressively traps impurities in the water, ensuring that each layer of filter media in the tank is fully and evenly utilized, resulting in a high effective filtration layer. This extends the service life of the filter media and reduces the operating costs of the equipment (by reducing the frequency and water consumption of backwashing).
Cautionary Notes:
1. When a certain amount of dirt accumulates on the filter screen, the pressure between the filter's inlet and outlet will sharply increase. A timely flush is required when the pressure drop exceeds 0.07 MPa.
2. The direction of inflow and outflow must be selected according to the filtration direction of the filter core; never use it in the opposite direction.
3. If the filter core or seal is found to be damaged, it must be replaced promptly; otherwise, the water filtration effect will be lost.
4. Drain the water when not in use during winter to prevent freezing damage.
5. Mesh filters can be used individually or combined with other filters.
