Insulated Jacket Pressure FilterIt is a new type of filter with a simple structure and easy operation (hereinafter referred to as a press filter). The bottom metal mesh of the press filter supports the filter cloth (membrane), where the liquid flows from top to bottom, exits through the filter elements at the bottom, and impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter cloth (membrane). The filter material can be selected with different materials and precision based on the characteristics of the material.

Equipment Features:

1. High filtration accuracy. The filter screen is lined with filter cloth, allowing materials to be filtered directly through the cloth, achieving clear liquid with minimal recirculation. Additionally, diatomaceous earth or other filter aids can be pre-coated on the cloth, eliminating issues like soil leakage, breakthrough, or filter layer detachment typically seen in traditional diatomaceous earth filters. 2. Both positive and negative pressure operation. During filtration, pressure can be applied through a pump (positive pressure) or a vacuum pump (negative pressure), even for particularly thick materials. 3. Stable filter cake layer. The filter cloth is horizontally placed on the filter screen, maintaining the stability of the filter cake layer and preventing cake detachment. 4. Large slag capacity. When materials are scarce and impurities are easily filtered, a thick filter cake layer can form, enabling the equipment to intercept a large amount of impurities. 5. No residual liquid or filter cake. The tank's contents can be completely compressed and drained using compressed air. Then, continue to blow air into the C-chamber to dry the filter cake. 6. Easy unloading. The press filter features a bottom-lifting lid for unloading and an auxiliary cylinder design for unloading. After drying the filter cake, the lower lid can be opened or closed using the cylinder, saving labor and making operation convenient. 7. Removable and washable, ensuring no dead corners and meeting hygiene requirements. 8. Economical filter material. The filter material is typically common filter cloth, which is inexpensive and can be recycled.
