Shanghai-based "Luda Filter" Company's designed and developed CS carbon steel/stainless steel lined/spray PTFE transition devices represent a new type of filtration system. The filter housing is made of stainless steel or carbon steel with the inner surface coated in halarF30, etfeF40, or F46. All parts of the filter that come into contact with corrosive liquids are specially treated and coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, offering resistance to acids and temperature. The filter cores or bags inside can be locally cleaned and reused.

The four-fluorine spray single-bag transition connectors are divided into: single-bag filter machines, multi-bag filter machines, and sandwich-type filter machines.
Four-fluorinated multi-bag transition connector, four-fluorinated large-capacity bag filter, suitable for high flow filtration. Available from 1-bag to 24-bag configurations.进出口 flange diameters range from φ25 to 450MM, with individual machine high flow rates of 90-1000 m3/h. Quick-release designs available for easy filter bag replacement. Also ideal for applications where filter bags are to be replaced after extended use. Due to their large size and heavy top cover, multi-bag filters can be challenging for a single worker to handle. To reduce labor costs and meet customer demands, this filter is equipped with a lifting arm mechanism.
The housing material mainly includes carbon steel, S304, S316L stainless steel lined with corrosion-resistant lining, and spray PTFE transition fittings, suitable for high-flow filtration, capable of accommodating more impurities, and ideal for applications where filter bags are intended to be changed after extended use. The lined spray PTFE single-bag filter unit has a flow rate of 90-1080 m³/h. The quick-release design features a lifting ring for high-pressure and clamp-style opening, making daily maintenance extremely convenient.
