【Material Description for PP Acid-Base Cabinets】

Material: Entirely made of 8mm porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheets,焊接with identical color and quality welding rods. It boasts excellent acid and alkali resistance and excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom panels, and middle partition boards are connected with tenon and mortise structure with side panels, significantly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the skirting boards are flush with the uprights, eliminating dead corners for easy cleaning.

3. Activity Shelf Panels

① Constructed with 8mm porcelain white PP sheet, featuring raised edges all around, the edges are fully welded for a seamless, 60mm thick structure with no waste assembly.

②The overall design is modular, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, with the freedom to combine the space of each layer.

③ The shelf can be placed either side up; when placed upside down, the upright edges around it offer a certain degree of anti-spill protection.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the maximum size of the shelves close to the side panels and back panel.

4. Door and window systems

Pull Handles: Made of PP material with a one-time molding process, featuring exquisite appearance and a variety of color options.

5. Door Lock: One-time molding double deadbolt or one-time molding double-hole padlock (optional).

6. Adjustment Feet: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable feet, featuring concealed internal adjustable legs. Simply open the cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools are required, making it simple, convenient, and highly practical.
