Our factory's advanced rotational molding technology produces PE and PO lined products with the following characteristics:
High density, strong integrity, and free of internal stress in the lining.
2. Seamless, weld-free; non-detaching, non-cracking
3. Bubble-free, seamless between steel and plastic, and withstands negative pressure.
4. Corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, with high mechanical strength;
5. Resistant to aging and wear, with a wide operating temperature range.
6. Any shaped steel can be lined (tubes, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, etc.)
7. Comprehensive specifications and full sets available.
8. Non-toxic, pollution-free.
Technical Requirements:
The steel body is manufactured in accordance with the technical specification of JB/T4735-1997 "Steel Welded Pressure Vessels."
2. Corrosion-resistant linings, as per the testing methods for plastic lining equipment {Ha/4088-4093-2009} and technical requirements for the one-time molding multifunctional steel-plastic composite cylinder {Q/32020/NCR02-2007}.
3. Flange Manufacturing: Standard Conforms to (H9/20592-20635-2009).
Application Range:
With over 95% sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid excluded, it is highly stable towards various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts.
Ideal material for linings that replaces rubber, glass fiber, stainless steel, plastic plates (tubes) within the temperature range of -65℃ to 95℃.
Broadly applicable in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, electricity, oil refining, food, textiles, and environmental protection.
Introduction to Steel-Plastic Composite Products
The steel-plastic composite tank is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing a spinning molding technique to form a single piece through one-step processing. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, integrating the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a cohesive unit. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-reinforced steel tanks, this steel-plastic composite tank boasts both high physical and mechanical strength and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the drum body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also include standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Specifications
Manufacture and produce non-standard anti-corrosion equipment such as steel-plastic composite storage tanks and reactors according to customer specifications, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Steel-plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Features
The product has a smooth, glossy, and sturdy plastic coating, offering superior corrosion and wear resistance, and longer lifespan compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass-lined steel. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides. It serves as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, enjoying great popularity among users.
