Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction
The steel-plastic composite storage tank is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing spinning molding technology to form a single-piece structure. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, integrating the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a unified whole. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-reinforced steel tanks, this steel-plastic composite storage tank boasts both high physical and mechanical properties and high chemical corrosion resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the cylinder body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also come with standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Specifications
Manufacture non-standard anti-corrosion equipment, including steel-plastic composite storage tanks, reactors, etc., as per customer requirements, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Features of Steel-Plastic Composite Steel-Lined Plastic Products
The product features a flat, smooth, and sturdy plastic-coated surface. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass-lined steel, it boasts superior corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and longevity. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides, for low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, enjoying great popularity among users.
