Exhibits stability with a wide range of concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts, excluding over 95% sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
Ideal material for linings that replaces rubber, glass fiber, stainless steel, plastic plates (tubes) within the temperature range of -65℃ to 95℃.
Widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, electricity, oil refining, food, textiles, and environmental protection.
Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction
Steel-plastic composite tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefins (PO) as raw materials, utilizing spinning molding technology for one-time whole molding. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, forming an integrated structure with the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic and steel-lined glass fiber tanks, these steel-plastic composite tanks offer both high physical and mechanical properties and high chemical corrosion resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the drum body, flat bottom, top cover, manway, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also include standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Specifications
Manufacture and produce non-standard anti-corrosion equipment such as steel-plastic composite tanks and reactors, as per customer specifications, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Features of steel-plastic composite steel-lined plastic products
The product's plastic-coated surface is flat, smooth, and robust. Compared to traditional steel-plastic or steel-glass lining, it boasts superior corrosion and wear resistance, and a longer lifespan. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reaction vessels, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, enjoying great popularity among users.
