【Material Description for PP Medicine Cabinet】

Material: The entire product is made of 8mm white PP (polypropylene) board,焊接 with the same color and quality welding wire. It boasts excellent acid and alkali resistance and excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom panels, and middle partition boards are connected with tenon and mortise structure to the side panels, greatly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Moreover, the skirting boards are flush with the uprights, eliminating dead corners for easy cleaning.

3. Activity Shelf Panels

① Constructed with 8mm porcelain white PP sheet, featuring standing edges all around, the edges are fully welded for a seamless finish. Thickness: 60mm; no waste materials are used.

② The overall design is modular, allowing you to easily remove and place in suitable compartments, freely combining the space of each layer.

③ The shelf can be placed front or back. When placed in the reverse direction, the raised edges around can provide some degree of anti-spill protection.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the maximum shelf size closely adjacent to the left and right side panels and the back panel.

4. Door and window systems

① Handles: Made from PP material, injection-molded in one piece for exquisite appearance, available in a variety of colors.

②Hinge: Made from PP material with one-time molding, available with either internal or external cover; exquisitely designed and comes in a variety of colors.

③ Window: Made of tempered glass, offering 2-3 times the extreme cold and heat resistance compared to regular glass, with a 3-5 times increase in strength, and enhanced safety. (Optional clear acrylic glass window available.)

5. Door Lock: One-time molding double deadbolt or one-time molding double hole padlock (optional).

6. Adjustment Feet: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable feet, featuring a concealed internal adjustment. Simply open the lower cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools required, offering simplicity, convenience, and strong practicality.
