【Material Description for PP Medicine Cabinets】

Material: Entirely made of 8mm porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheet, welded with the same color and quality welding wire. Excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom panels, and middle partition boards are connected with tenon and mortise structure with the side panels, greatly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the skirting board is flush with the uprights, preventing dead corners and making cleaning convenient.

3. Activity Tray

① Utilizing 8mm porcelain white PP sheets with standing edges, the entire piece is welded into shape, measuring 60mm in thickness, with no waste material assembly.

②The overall design is modular, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, freely combining the spaces of each layer.

③ The shelf can be placed with the top or bottom facing up. Placing it upside down, the upright edges provide some anti-spill effect.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the shelves' maximum size flush with the side and back panels.

4. Window and Door Systems

① Handles: Made from PP material, injection-molded in one piece, featuring exquisite appearance and a variety of color options.

②Hinge: Made from PP material, one-time molding, available for both inner or outer cover, with exquisite appearance and a variety of colors to choose from.

③ Window: Made of tempered glass, offering 2~3 times the extreme cold and heat resistance compared to regular glass, a 3~5 times increase in strength, and enhanced safety. (Transparent acrylic glass window available as an option.)

5. Door Lock: One-time molding double deadbolt or one-time molding double-hole padlock (optional).

6. Adjustable Legs: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable legs, featuring concealed internal adjustment feet. Simply open the bottom cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools required, offering simplicity, convenience, and strong practicality.
