Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction
Steel-plastic composite tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing rotation molding technology for a single-piece, integral forming process. The steel mesh is welded onto the surface of the tank, creating an integrated structure of the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-reinforced steel tanks, these steel-plastic composite tanks offer both high physical and mechanical strength and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products generally consist of the barrel body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level opening flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also feature standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-Plastic Composite Coated Steel Product Specifications
Manufacture and produce non-standard anti-corrosion equipment such as steel-plastic composite storage tanks and reactors according to customer specifications, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Steel-Plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Features
The product has a smooth, glossy, and sturdy plastic coating surface. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic and steel-lined glass, it offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance, and has a longer service life. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides, for low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, enjoying great popularity among users.
