【Material Description for PP Drug Cabinets】

Material: The entire product is made of 8mm porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheets,焊接with the same color and quality welding rods. It boasts excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom panels, and middle partition boards are connected with mortise and tenon joints with the side panels, significantly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the skirting boards are flush with the uprights, eliminating dead corners for easy cleaning.

3. Activity Shelf Panels

① Utilizing 8mm porcelain white PP sheet material with raised edges all around, the edges are fully welded for a seamless construction, with a thickness of 60mm, featuring no waste or patchwork.

② The overall design is modular, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, freely combining spaces between layers.

③ The deck boards can be placed on either side, and when placed in the reverse direction, the raised edges around provide some degree of anti-spill protection.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the maximum size of the shelves close to the side panels and back panel.

4. Window and Door Systems

Handle: Made from PP material, injection-molded in one piece for exquisite appearance and available in various colors.

②Hinge: Made from PP material, one-time molding, suitable for both interior or exterior installation, with exquisite appearance and a variety of colors available.

③ Window: Made of tempered glass, offering 2 to 3 times better extreme cold and heat resistance than regular glass, and 3 to 5 times increased strength, as well as enhanced safety. (Optional clear acrylic glass window available.)

5. Door Lock: One-time molding double deadbolt or one-time molding double hole padlock (optional).

6. Adjustment Feet: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable feet, featuring a concealed internal adjustment. Simply open the lower cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools required; easy, convenient, and highly practical.
