【Material Description for PP Medicine Cabinet】

Material: Entirely made of 8mm porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheets, welded together with color-matching, same-quality welding rods. Excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, and excellent weather resistance.

2. Cabinet Structure: 50*50 square tube uprights, top and bottom panels, and middle partition boards are joined with mortise and tenon structure to the side panels, significantly enhancing the cabinet's stability and load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the skirting board is flush with the uprights, eliminating dead corners for easy cleaning.

3. Activity Shelves

① Constructed with 8mm porcelain white PP sheet, featuring raised edges all around, which are fully welded into a seamless unit, with a thickness of 60mm, and no waste materials are used.

②The overall design is modular, allowing for easy removal and placement in suitable compartments, with the freedom to combine layer spaces as desired.

③ The shelves can be placed either face up or face down. Placing them upside down can provide some degree of spill prevention with the side edges.

④ Embedded shelf adjustment structure, with the shelves' maximum size close to the left and right side panels and the back panel.

4. Windows and Door Systems

Handle: Made of PP material, molded in one piece for a beautiful appearance, available in a variety of colors.

②Hinge: Made from PP material, one-time molding, available with internal or external cover, exquisitely designed with a variety of colors to choose from.

③ Window: Made of tempered glass, offering 2-3 times the extreme cold and heat resistance compared to regular glass, with a 3-5 times increase in strength, and enhanced safety. (Optional transparent acrylic glass window available.)

5. Door Lock: One-time molding double deadbolt or one-time molding double-hole hasp lock (optional).

6. Adjustable Feet: The cabinet comes standard with 4 adjustable feet, featuring a concealed internal adjustment. Simply open the lower cabinet door to adjust. No additional tools are required; it's simple, convenient, and highly practical.
