Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction
The steel-plastic composite storage tank is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing spin molding technology to form an integral structure in one go. Steel mesh is welded onto the surface of the tank, creating an integrated unit of the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic and steel-lined glass fiber tanks, this steel-plastic composite storage tank boasts both high physical and mechanical strength and high chemical corrosion resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the cylinder body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also include standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-Plastic Composite Coated Steel Product Specifications
Manufacture non-standard anti-corrosion equipment such as steel-plastic composite storage tanks and reactors according to customer requirements, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Features of Steel-Plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Products
The product features a flat, smooth, and sturdy plastic-coated surface. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic and steel-lined glass, it boasts superior corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reaction vessels, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, enjoying great popularity among users.
