In addition to over 95% sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is stable with various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts.
Ideal material to replace linings of rubber, glass fiber, stainless steel, plastic boards (tubes) within the temperature range of -65℃ to 95℃.
Broadly applicable in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, electricity, oil refining, food, textiles, and environmental protection.
Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction
Steel-plastic composite tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefins (PO) as raw materials, utilizing rotational molding technology for one-time whole-mold formation. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, integrating the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a single unit. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic and steel-lined glass fiber tanks, these steel-plastic composite tanks offer both high physical and mechanical strength and high chemical resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the drum body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also include standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-plastic composite steel lined plastic product specifications
Manufacture custom non-standard anti-corrosion equipment per customer request, including steel-plastic composite storage tanks, reactors, etc., ranging from 0.5 to 80 cubic meters.
Steel-Plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Features
The product's plastic-coated surface is flat, smooth, and durable. Compared to traditional steel-plastic and steel-glass linings, it boasts excellent corrosion and wear resistance, as well as a longer service life. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides. It serves as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, and is highly favored by users.
