PP Ventilation CabinetMaterial Description】
1. Overall Material: Constructed from 8mm acid and alkali-resistant PP material, fully welded with same-color, same-quality welding rods. Offers excellent acid and alkali resistance and good weather resistance.
2. Countertop: Made of homopolymer acid and alkali-resistant PP material, lined with "T-type structure," high strength, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and easy to clean.
3. Sliding Door System
Guide Rails: Made of special PVC material, one-time molding, wire contact design, minimizing friction to the lowest extent.
Window Handle: Made of custom PVC material, one-time molding, ergonomically designed for ease of use, and aesthetically pleasing.
Synchronous wheel structural counterweight block: The counterweight is placed on the back panel, simplifying the structure and enhancing reliability; the synchronous shaft features a pinless hexagonal structure for stability and dependability.
Hidden sliding door hanging system: Customized PU synchronous belts are concealed within the track, reducing the risk of corrosion from exhaust fumes.
Window: Independently suspended on both sides to prevent safety issues caused by sudden door falls due to broken cables. Seamless left and right synchronous design, with a light touch, you can freely adjust the door height by lifting any corner with a single finger. Standard 5mm tempered glass, offering good strength and safety.
3. Electronic Components:
Luminaire: 2 pieces of 4-inch round LED lighting, high brightness, flicker-free, long lifespan, and no blue light damage.
Socket: AC220V/10A Lab-Specific Corrosion-Resistant Splashproof Cover Plate
Distribution Box: 1x identical PP shell, 1x contactor, 1x thermal relay, 1x mini circuit breaker (optional)
Controller: Integrated control panel with LCD display for visual control of various parameters, compatible with either flow-type butterfly valves or Venturi valves. The system responds quickly (<1S) and is highly stable. It supports 4G connectivity, enabling remote monitoring of fume hoods. It features an electric window function and utilizes a visual area detection sensor that can detect even when a person is stationary. Easy installation with Ethernet port interface ensures peace of mind during operation.
Note: Water, electricity, and gas cabinets are independently distributed, without interference, enhancing safety in use, and also allowing flexible positioning for convenience.

【Ventilation Cabinet Instructions】
1、Power on the system first before use, ensuring the entire system and fume hood are in a ready-to-operate state.
2. The control panel is used as shown in the figure:

(To be executed according to the specific method of风机 connection, refer to the original installation manual of the control panel)
3. Adjust the glass door height to achieve the ideal operating position.
4. Other Points to Note:
When conducting splash and explosive tests, the glass door must be closed to ensure the safety of the operator.
When using an electric furnace, the base must be insulated with an electric furnace mat.
Upon completion, turn off the exhaust fan last to ensure all gases inside the cabinet are expelled, preventing any residual gases from remaining.
