PP Exhaust CabinetMaterial Description】
1. Overall Material: Made of 8mm acid and alkali-resistant PP material, completely welded with the same color and quality welding wire. Offers excellent acid and alkali resistance and good weather resistance.
2. Countertop: Made of homopolymer acid and alkali-resistant PP material, lined with "T-type structure," high strength, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, easy to clean.
3. Sliding Door Systems
Guide Rails: Made of special PVC material, one-time molding, wire contact design, minimizing friction to the lowest extent.
Window Handle: Crafted from special PVC material, one-time molding, ergonomically designed for comfort, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use.
Synchronous Wheel Structure Counterweight: The counterweight is positioned on the rear side of the back panel, simplifying the structure and enhancing reliability; the synchronous shaft features a non-screw pin hexagonal structure for stability and dependability.
Hidden Sliding Door Hanging System: Customized PU synchronous belts are concealed within the track, reducing the risk of corrosion from exhaust gases.
Window: Independently suspended on both sides to avoid safety issues caused by the sudden fall of sliding doors due to rope breakage. Seamless synchronous design on both sides for a light touch, allowing single-finger adjustment of the door height from any corner. Standard 5mm tempered glass, offering good strength and safety.
3. Electronic Components:
Lighting: 2 x 4-inch round LED lighting bulbs, high brightness, flicker-free, long lifespan, and no blue light damage.
Socket: AC220V/10A Lab-Specific Corrosion-Resistant Splashproof Cover Plate
Distribution Box: 1x Homogeneous PP Housing, 1x Contactor, 1x Thermal Relay, 1x Miniature Circuit Breaker (optional)
Controller: Integrated control panel with LCD display for visual control of various parameters. Supports flow type butterfly valves or Venturi valves. Fast system response time (<1S), excellent stability. Supports 4G connectivity for remote monitoring of fume hoods. Features electric window function. Equipped with a visual area detection sensor, capable of detecting when a person is stationary. Easy installation with Ethernet interface, ensuring worry-free and convenient operation.
Note: Water, electricity, and gas are independently distributed in the cabinet, without interference, enhancing safety in use, and also allowing flexible positioning for convenience.

【Ventilation Cabinet Usage Instructions】
1、Power on the system first before use, ensuring the entire system and fume hood are in a ready-to-operate state.
2. The control panel is used as shown in the figure:
(Proceed as specified, depending on the specific method of connecting the fan, refer to the original installation manual of the control panel)
3. Adjust the glass door height to reach the ideal operating position.
4. Additional Notes:
When conducting splash and explosive tests, the glass door must be closed to ensure the safety of the operator.
②When using an electric furnace, the base must be insulated with an electric furnace pad.
③Upon completion, the exhaust fan should be turned off last to ensure all gases inside the cabinet are expelled, preventing any residual gases from remaining.
