Section 3: Working Principle:

The PP Adsorption Box is a dry waste gas treatment equipment, consisting of a housing and adsorption units filled within it, available in multiple specifications based on the number of units and airflow. Utilizing the high adsorption capacity of activated carbon, combined with the action of a fan, it effectively吸附 organic waste gas molecules, such as those from benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, and gasoline, demonstrating excellent adsorption properties for organic solvents.

Section 4: Activated Carbon Replacement

1. Replacement Time: Users should replace the activated carbon filter promptly once it becomes saturated with adsorption. Generally, it is recommended to change it every 3 months or so; however, the replacement interval may vary depending on the frequency of use, operating conditions, and concentration of different customers.

2. Replacement Method:

Step 1: Turn off the exhaust system power and disconnect usage.

Step 2: Loosen the stainless steel screws on the drawer lid cover

Step 3: Open the drawer, remove the used activated carbon, package it properly, and hand it over to a qualified solid waste disposal facility for processing.

Step 4: Place new activated carbon, insert it into the carbon box, and secure the screws.

Step 5: Power on and conduct trial operation. The equipment can be put into use without any abnormalities.
