The creased burl structure effectively absorbs over-sprayed material beyond the range, forcing the over-spray airflow to change direction multiple times, causing heavier particles to adhere to the paper wall and not be carried away by the airflow. The over-sprayed material fills from the bottom of the pleats until the filter material is completely blocked, at which point it needs to be replaced. The V-shaped depth bearing increases filtration efficiency as saturation increases, providing inertial separation to avoid the rebound of over-sprayed material. The design of front and rear small holes cancels each other out, ensuring smooth and stable airflow.
