3. The filter material is folded on both sides into 180-degree pleats, creating a keel-shaped pleated layer. When the material is bent, it leaves two creases, forming a keel box pleat at the end of the baffle, which helps prevent the filter material from being damaged.

4. In corrosive environments, vinyl coated partitions can be used, capturing particles as small as 0.3 micrometers with efficiency.
