The pleated design of crepe bamboo effectively absorbs overspray beyond the normal range, forcing the overspray airflow to change direction multiple times, causing heavier particles to adhere to the paper walls without being carried away by the air. The overspray material fills from the bottom of the pleats until the filter material is completely clogged, at which point it needs to be replaced. The V-shaped depth provides high load-bearing capacity, and the filtration efficiency increases with saturation. Inertia separation avoids the rebound of overspray, and the small holes in the front and back rows are designed to self-cancel, ensuring smooth and stable airflow.
