Fire protection facilities
1. The indoor and outdoor fire water supply of school buildings shall comply with the relevant provisions of "Code for Fire Prevention Design" G016-2014 or "Technical Code for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant System."
2. Install fire automatic alarm, automatic extinguishing, emergency lighting, and evacuation sign indicators in accordance with the requirements of the "Code for Fire Prevention in Building Design" G016-2014.
3. Portable fire extinguishers should be placed in easily accessible and clearly visible locations on each floor of the teaching buildings and student dormitories, as well as in the kitchen operations area and library reading rooms.
4. It is advisable to install a leakage fire alarm system in the student dormitory building.
5. For buildings where the fire protection facilities have already passed the fire design review and been deemed qualified, the fire renovation should adhere to the original review and acceptance opinions of the building.

Which projects require a fire inspection upon completion?
Pursuant to the "Regulations for Fire Supervision and Administration of Construction Projects" (Order No. 119), for places with a high concentration of people that fall under any of the following circumstances, the construction unit shall apply for fire design review and fire acceptance after completion:
Sports venues, auditoriums, public exhibition halls, and museum display halls with a total floor area exceeding 20,000 square meters.
2. Civil airport terminal buildings, passenger station waiting rooms, and ferry terminal waiting halls with a total floor area exceeding 15,000 square meters.
3. Hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and markets with a total floor area exceeding 10,000 square meters.
4. Movie theaters with a total floor area exceeding 2,500 square meters, reading rooms in public libraries, commercial indoor fitness and leisure facilities, university teaching buildings, libraries, and canteens, labor-intensive industrial production and processing workshops, temples, and churches.
