Prior to the commencement of use and operation in public gathering places, fire inspections should be conducted to check the following:
(1) Whether buildings or locations have passed fire inspection and received approval in accordance with laws, or have qualified in the fire review of completion acceptance or random inspection of fire record review; and whether buildings or locations that have conducted fire record review for completion acceptance but not undergone random inspection meet the fire technical standards.
(II) Has a fire safety system, fire extinguishing plan, and emergency evacuation plan been established?
(3) Are the operators of the automatic fire protection system certified and have employees received pre-job fire safety training?
(4) Are fire protection facilities and equipment in compliance with fire technical standards and in good working order?
(Five) Are the evacuation routes, exits, and fire lanes clear and accessible?
(Six) Compliance of interior decoration materials with fire technical standards.
(7) Are there any obstructions on the exterior doors and windows that could hinder evacuation and fire rescue operations?
What projects require a fire inspection upon completion?
In accordance with the "Regulations for Fire Supervision and Management of Construction Projects" (Order No. 119), for places with a high concentration of people that fall under any of the following circumstances, the construction unit shall apply for fire design review and fire acceptance after completion:
1. Sports facilities and auditoriums with a total floor area exceeding 20,000 square meters, public exhibition halls, and museum display areas.
2. Civil airport terminal buildings, passenger train station waiting rooms, and ferry terminal waiting halls with a total floor area exceeding 15,000 square meters.
3. Hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and markets with a total floor area exceeding 10,000 square meters.
4. Movie theaters with a total floor area exceeding 2,500 square meters, reading rooms in public libraries, commercial indoor fitness and leisure facilities, university teaching buildings, libraries, and dining halls, labor-intensive industrial production and processing workshops, temples, and churches.
