This series of microporous membrane filters is designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards, featuring sanitary quick disconnects for both inlet and outlet (interfaces can also be customized as per actual requirements). The filter utilizes a pleated filter element. These filter cores offer 7-13 times the filtration area of a standard filter core of the same volume (depending on the specific material). Compatible filter cores can be used as sterilization filters, organic solvent filters, and more.

1. High Precision: This filter can achieve a precision of up to 0.1um (for liquids), fully meeting the sterilization level requirements of FDA and GMP regulations for food. Widely used in final food filtration, it can remove most bacteria.
2. Low-pressure drop: This series of filters, thanks to its extremely large effective filtering area, maintains a high flow rate while still offering high precision.
3. Filter Cartridge for Single Use: As this filter primarily relies on high-precision mesh filters (which are integral to the filter cartridge), backwashing is not possible. The filter cartridge can only be used once when it becomes clogged. According to GMP certification requirements, the filter cartridge must be replaced every 3 months.
4. Easy-to-clean filter housing: Standard quick-release clamp or (GB/HG) standard flange connection, with both inner and outer surfaces of stainless steel mechanically polished or lined with PTFE.
