1. Jet Fuel Fine Filter/ Jet Fuel Separation Filter Structure:
Aviation Kerosene Precision FilterA jet fuel filter separator is a metallic housing internally fitted with a primary filter element (coalescing filter), a secondary filter element (separation filter), and is equipped with manual and automatic exhaust valves (as per customer requirements), stainless steel drain valves, differential pressure gauges, direct-reading differential pressure gauges (as per customer requirements), on-line sampling probe valves, sampling connectors, safety valves (as per customer requirements), water level monitors (as per customer requirements), and heating devices (as per requirements of arctic region customers) among other accessories. 2. Aviation kerosene precision filter/jet fuel filter separator working principle:
Jet fuel enters the aviation kerosene precision filter/Post-jet fuel filter separator, the fuel first collects on an aluminum tray, then disperses into the coalescing filter element from the inside out. Step one removes solid impurities through the filtration layer, step two separates emulsified oil and water through the demulsification layer, and step three coalesces tiny water droplets into larger ones, which settle in the water collection sump. Then, the uncoalesced small water droplets are further separated and settled in the sedimentation sump by the repulsive effect of the separation filter element, and are drained out through the drain valve. The clean fuel collects on the secondary tray through the separation filter element, and is discharged from the outlet of the aviation kerosene refined filter/jet fuel filter separator. 3. Service life of aviation kerosene refined filter/jet fuel filter separator:
Aviation Kerosene Precision FilterThe operating status of the jet fuel separator and the service life of the filter element are primarily determined by the pressure difference. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.1 MPa (1.0 kg/cm²), it indicates that the coalescing filter element is clogged and should be replaced. Additionally, the filter element should be considered for replacement after more than six months of use. The separator filter element is a type filter element; if there is no mechanical damage, it can be used for a long time. However, when replacing the coalescing filter element, it should be removed, cleaned, and inspected.
