Jet Fuel Refiner/ Jet Fuel Filtration Separator Structure:
Aviation kerosene fine filter/A jet fuel filter separator is a metal casing internally fitted with a primary filter core (coalescing filter core), a secondary filter core (separator filter core), and is equipped with manual and automatic exhaust gas valves (as per customer requirements), a stainless steel drain valve, a pressure differential gauge, a direct-reading pressure gauge (as per customer requirements), an online sampling probe valve, sampling接头, a safety valve (as per customer requirements), a water level monitor (as per customer requirements), and a heating device (as per polar region customer requirements), among other accessories. 2. Jet Fuel Ultra-Fine Filter / Jet Fuel Filter Separator Working Principle:
Jet fuel enters the aviation kerosene precision filterAfter the jet fuel filter separator, the fuel first collects on an aluminum tray, then disperses into the coalescing filter element from the inside out. Step one removes solid impurities through the filter layer. Step two passes through the demulsification layer to separate emulsified oil and water. Step three, the coalescing layer gathers tiny water droplets into larger ones, which settle in the water collection sump. Then, the remaining uncoalesced water droplets are further separated and settled in the sedimentation sump by the repelling effect of the separation filter element, and are drained out through the drain valve. The clean fuel collects on the secondary tray through the separation filter element and is discharged through the aviation kerosene refined filter/jet fuel filter separator outlet. 3. Service Life of Aviation Kerosene Refined Filter/Jet Fuel Filter Separator:
Aviation kerosene fine filterThe operational status of the jet fuel filter separator and the service life of the filter cartridge are mainly determined by the pressure difference. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.1 MPa (1.0 kg/cm²), it indicates that the coalescing filter cartridge is clogged and should be replaced. Additionally, consider replacing the coalescing filter cartridge after more than six months of use. The separation filter cartridge is a screen type, which can be used for a long time if there is no mechanical damage. However, when replacing the filter coalescing cartridge, it should be removed, cleaned, and inspected.
