Performance Overview
1. The CWNS series atmospheric pressure oil (gas) hot water boilers are horizontal internal combustion wet-back shell boilers. Their main structure consists of the boiler shell, furnace tube, firebox, first return flue, second return flue, and smoke box, etc. Suitable for light oil, heavy oil, urban gas, and other gaseous and liquid fuels.
2. The combustion chamber features a corrugated or straight tube furnace tube, with a tempering chamber and wet-back structure. This design avoids the issue of the rear tube plate being easily damaged by high-temperature flue gas, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler.
3. The boiler body is manufactured and inspected strictly in accordance with JB/T7985-2012 "General Technical Conditions for Small and Atmospheric Pressure Hot Water Boilers" and related standards, ensuring superior quality. A hydrostatic test is conducted prior to shipment.
4. Equipped with a fully imported burner, pressure atomization ensures complete combustion, low noise, safety, efficiency, and environmental standards that meet national requirements.
5. The boiler body is connected to the expansion tank, which is directly exposed to the atmosphere, operates under atmospheric pressure, and poses no safety hazards.
6. The boiler operates with full automatic control, automatically adjusting the outlet water temperature, initiating the automatic ignition program, and equipped with various alarm interlock protection devices such as low water level and shutdown, ensuring the boiler operates efficiently, safely, and reliably.
7. Compact structure, attractive appearance, complete for quick assembly and easy transportation and installation.
8. Widely used for heating and domestic hot water supply in clubs, hot springs, resorts, saunas, Korean baths, pleasure baths, hotels, residential areas, villas, office buildings, and leisure facilities.
