II. Working Principle
Utilize a coupled control of pressure reduction and temperature reduction:
Pressure-reducing section: High-pressure steam is reduced to the target pressure via a pressure-reducing valve group/multi-stage throttle basket.
Cooling section: The cooling water is sprayed into the steam flow through an efficient atomizing nozzle, instantly vaporizing to absorb heat and cool down.
Mixed section: The soda is thoroughly mixed to ensure the outgoing steam is slightly superheated/saturated steam, free of water hammer.
Self-regulating System: Pressure/temperature sensor feedback signals, PID control of valve opening, for automatic control
