2. Optional with computer controllers featuring self-diagnosis functions; automatically shuts down and sounds an alarm with visual and audio signals upon abnormal operation, indicating the fault code for easy troubleshooting.
3. Equipped with complete safety devices, the combustion boiler can be set with a high-temperature blow-off unit for added safety and reliability. It is fitted with high-quality safety valves, pressure regulators, low-water and overheat protection, among other safety features, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler.

Top-blowing boilers avoid the shortcomings of past traditional burners that side-blow the flame, preventing it from fully expanding and directly attacking the opposite boiler drum and flue tubes, which can easily lead to scaling and localized overheating damage. By placing the burner at the top of the boiler, the flame extends downward and fully expands, resulting in a longer flame path and more complete combustion.
6. Vertical side-blow boilers are mostly single-pass, while top-blow boilers are typically double or triple-pass, with top-blow boilers having a capacity greater than 300 kg/h.
7. Vertical tube-type structure with top-blowing boiler, burner positioned at the top, corrugated furnace bottom, large radiant heat transfer area, strong smoke disturbance, enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
8. The top-blow boiler controller and control program have been adjusted, effectively resolving the issue of rising hot gases after boiler shutdown, and increasing the purge time with a delay.
