Product Overview:
Industrial filter water separators are designed and developed for industrial pipelines with a diameter less than DN500, featuring manual and automatic drainage options.
Prior to the pipes in the water supply system, a primary filter is used for treatment. However, there are still some small debris in the treated water, such as fine particles and snails. If these accumulate to a certain extent without being cleared in the water supply system, they can reduce the flow area, leading to blockages and, in severe cases, cause accidents of varying degrees; posing a threat to safe operation. Therefore, it is necessary to install a secondary filter on large-diameter pipes and industrial water filters on small-diameter pipes.

Product Usage and Features:
This water filter is a backwash filter, available in manual and electric models. Industrial water filters can be used on water supply pipelines in various industries such as power plants, chemical, dyeing, and papermaking, to filter out impurities from the water. The backwash filter has an advanced structure and principle, offering the following advantages:
1. Compact in size, easy for on-site arrangement and installation.
2. The water filter has a separate upper and lower body structure for the inlet and outlet ports. This design not only prevents direct water pressure impact on the filter mesh but also alters the traditional method where debris is far from the drain port. This often requires cleaning multiple filter chambers sequentially during drainage, which can lead to clogging.
3. The mesh material and structure maximize the flow area for water, effectively reducing the resistance of the filter mesh, ensuring reliable operation without jamming, clogging, or blocking, significantly extending the lifespan of the filter.
4. The filter mesh is made from a whole stamping of 2-8mm stainless steel plate, capable of withstanding a differential pressure of 150 kPa without deformation or damage. It features a long service life, corrosion resistance, no rust, smooth surface, and no scale buildup.
5. The electric device operates at a slow speed with smooth running, allowing forward and reverse operations via a differential pressure controller. The timer-activated automatic start of the decelerator enables forward and reverse rinsing, featuring strong cleaning effect and low water consumption for waste discharge.

At the time of ordering, customers need to provide pipe diameter for inlet and outlet, filtration degree, flow rate, and pressure.
