LHY Sulfur Liquid Submerged Pump Overview
The LHY sulfur liquid submersible pump is suitable for transporting liquid sulfur at temperatures of 130-158 degrees in various sulfur acid production processes. It is also applicable to other chemical processes that require low flow rates and high lift. Due to its exceptionally high lift, low flow rate, and low rotational speed, the LHY sulfur pump cannot meet performance requirements using centrifugal pump designs. Moreover, vortex pumps exhibit unstable performance during operation. Therefore, a new technology is employed for a non-force design, offering unique advantages not found in conventional centrifugal or vortex pumps.
The liquid sulfur pump maintains a constant head even when the flow rate varies over a wide range. This feature is particularly suitable for chemical processes that require pumps with self-regulating characteristics.
Flying LHY Sulfur Liquid Submerged Pump Structural Features
1. This series of pumps is a vertical insulated submersible pump. The outlet pipe of the pump and the front pump cover are both equipped with steam or heat transfer oil insulated jackets.
2. This series of pumps is primarily composed of components such as the pump body, impeller, front pump cover, pump shaft, elbow, discharge pipe, intermediate adapter, base plate, bearing housing, and motor mount.
3. The impeller of this series of pumps features a star-shaped structure. It is simple in design and easy to manufacture. The impeller has an opening for balance holes to counteract axial forces, which are essentially fully balanced, greatly benefiting the pump's operation.
4. The series rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end.
5. The installation dimensions of this series of pumps can be customized according to the customer's requirements.
