I. Product Introduction
HTB-Y Series Corrosion and Wear-Resistant Submerged Pumps feature overflow components made from high-performance ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) through integral molding. This material is recognized as the most innovative engineering plastic for pumps internationally, with the most outstanding features being its superior wear resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance among all engineering plastics. Additionally, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for conveying acidic and alkaline slurry and clear liquid within the temperature range of -20 to 90°C.
This series of pumps, in mass production for over a decade, has been used by over 600 customers across 2000 different positions. Its temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, wear resistance, and cost-effectiveness in operation have all been recognized by users. Consequently, the product is a performance-stable, technologically mature, user-friendly, and standardized corrosion-resistant pump, serving as an ideal substitute for precious metal pumps.
II. Application Scope
● Non-ferrous metal hydrometallurgy industry: → Particularly suitable for the transportation of various media such as acidic and alkaline solutions, corrosive slurry, electrolyte, waste acid, and wastewater in the hydrometallurgical processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth elements, etc.
● Phosphatic Fertilizer Industry: Transportation of dilute acids, mother liquors, and silica gel-containing slurry media.
● Water Treatment Environmental Industry: Capable of transporting various kinds of wastewater containing impurities.
● Agricultural chemicals, dyes, fine chemicals: Can transport acidic and alkaline liquids containing solvents, mixed acids, as well as slurry containing solvents and acidic or alkaline slurry.
● Widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, synthetic fibers, and wastewater treatment, for conveying various corrosive liquids or corrosive media containing different particles.
