I. Overview
The QYB type gas-liquid mixing pump (also known as an air float pump or dissolved air pump) is a horizontal-mounted self-priming gas-liquid mixing product. The QYB pump model is available. All the flowing parts of this pump are precision cast from stainless steel materials.
The inlet of the gas-liquid mixing pump can utilize the vacuum effect to吸入gas, eliminating the need for a gas compressor and an atmospheric jet. The high-speed rotating impeller thoroughly mixes the liquid with the gas, rendering mixers and blenders unnecessary. After being pressurized and mixed within the pump chamber, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved, achieving an efficiency of 80~99.9% (percentage). Highly dissolved liquids can be produced without the need for large pressure vessels or expensive reaction towers.
A QYB-type gas-liquid mixing pump can perform gas-liquid attraction, mixing, and dissolution, and directly deliver the highly dissolved liquid to the equipment. Therefore, using a QYB-type gas-liquid mixing pump can enhance the efficiency of gas-liquid dissolution production, simplify the production setup, save space, significantly reduce initial investment costs, and economize on operational and maintenance expenses.
II. Application Scope
This product is suitable for liquid transportation, industrial mixing and blending, circulation, and pressure boosting.
Typical Applications: Aeration treatment equipment, ozone water production equipment, oxygen-enriched water production equipment, biochemical treatment equipment, etc.; thermal and refrigerant circulation for various temperature control devices; various filtration systems; withdrawal or high-pressure transportation of low-viscosity liquids such as gasoline, diluents, and various solvents from underground storage tanks; spray treatment of clean water, pure water, food, chemicals, waste liquids, etc.; harsh applications such as intermittent operation, water hammer, and abrupt backpressure changes; e.g., small steam boilers, high-rise water supply, high-pressure injection into high-pressure tanks, suction from vacuum tanks; sampling water from rivers or storage tanks, transferring foamy liquids, and transporting through long horizontal pipelines prone to air pockets.
