Product Introduction
The YU-1A series submersible liquid pump is an upgraded version of the YU-1 model. Its flow components are made of either high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) molded as a whole or reinforced polypropylene injection-molded as a whole, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. It is suitable for transporting acidic, alkaline slurry or clear liquid within the temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃. A significant difference from the YU-1 model is the addition of a coupling between the motor shaft and the pump shaft, which enhances the stability of the pump head operation and facilitates maintenance for users.
This series of pumps, produced in bulk for over a decade, has been used by more than 3,000 customers across 8,000 positions. Their temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, wear resistance, and cost-effectiveness in operation have all been recognized by users. Consequently, this product is a stable-performing, mature-technology, popular among users, and standardized corrosion-resistant pump type, affectionately referred to by long-time customers as the "Old Scholar" variety.
This series of pumps is widely applicable in the following industries:
(1) Non-ferrous Metal Hydrometallurgy Industry: Particularly suitable for the transportation of various media such as acidic and alkaline solutions, corrosive slurry, electrolyte, waste acid, and wastewater in the hydrometallurgical processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth elements, etc.
(II) Phosphate Fertilizer Industry: transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, and media containing silica gel.
(3) Water Treatment Environmental Protection Industry: Capable of transporting various wastewater containing impurities.
(Four) Pesticides, dyes, refined chemicals: capable of transporting clear liquids or slurry containing dilute acids, alkalis, and mixed acids.
(5) Transfer of corrosive and non-corrosive liquids or slurry in other industrial production processes.
The YU-1A-J series corrosion and wear-resistant submersible pumps are equipped with an agitator at the bottom of the YU-1A series submersible pumps, allowing for mixing of the submersible sludge during liquid conveyance. They are suitable for cleaning and conveying sludge materials in tanks or sumps like slurry or sewage pools, and sedimentation ponds.
