I. Product Introduction
The YU-2 series corrosion and wear-resistant submersible pumps are made of high-performance ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for their flow components, which is hailed as the most innovative engineering plastic for pumps internationally. Its standout features include: among all engineering plastics, it boasts the best wear resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance, as well as excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for conveying acidic, alkaline clear liquids or slurry within the temperature range of -20 to 90°C.
This series of pumps, in mass production for over a decade, has been utilized by more than 3,000 customers across 8,000 positions. Their temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, wear resistance, and cost-effectiveness in operation have all been recognized by users. Consequently, this product is a performance-stable, technologically mature, user-friendly, and standardized corrosion-resistant pump, affectionately termed the "veteran scholar" variety by long-standing customers.
This series of pumps is widely applicable in the following industries:
(1) Non-ferrous Metal Hydrometallurgy: Particularly suitable for the transportation of various media such as acidic and alkaline solutions, corrosive slurry, electrolyte, waste acid, and wastewater in the hydrometallurgical processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth elements, etc.
(2) Phosphatic Fertilizer Industry: transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, and mediums containing silica gel.
(3) Water Treatment Environmental Protection Industry: Capable of conveying various wastewater containing impurities.
(Four) Agricultural Chemicals, Dyes, Fine Chemicals: Capable of transporting acidic and alkaline liquids containing solvents, mixed acids, as well as slurry containing solvents and acidic or alkaline slurry.
(Five) Transfer of corrosive and non-corrosive liquid or slurry used in other industrial production.
The YU-2-J series corrosion and wear-resistant submersible pump is equipped with a stirrer at the bottom of the YU-2 series submersible pump, allowing it to agitate submersible sediments while transporting liquids. It is suitable for cleaning and transporting sediment materials in tanks, sedimentation basins, and other container-like vessels that contain solid-phase materials.
Special Note: For any special requirements regarding corrosiveness, the pump bodies and impellers of this series can be manufactured using materials such as polyvinylidene fluoride (F2) or polypropylene (PP) according to the user's needs.
