I. Product Overview
The CW type magnetic drive vortex pump (also known as the magnetic pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to centrifugal pumps. It features reasonable design, advanced technology, full-sealed construction, no leakage, low flow rate, high head, and corrosion resistance.
Magnetic pumps replace dynamic seals with static seals, ensuring that the pump's flowing components are in a completely sealed state, thereby completely solving the problems of leakage, seepage, and dripping that are unavoidable with mechanical seals in other pumps. Magnetic pumps are made with corrosion-resistant materials such as corundum ceramic, stainless steel, etc., thus offering excellent corrosion resistance and preventing the transported medium from being contaminated.
II. Main Materials and Applications
Magnetic pumps are compact in structure, aesthetically pleasing, with a small volume, low noise, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. They are widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and are suitable for transferring acids, alkalis, oils, precious and rare liquids, toxic substances, volatile liquids, and for matching with circulating water equipment and filters. Especially suitable for applications that are prone to leakage, flammability, and explosiveness.
III. Features:
This pump is a high-lift, low-flow, low-speed impeller pump, offering advantages such as smaller size, lighter weight, and simpler structure compared to volumetric pumps and multi-stage centrifugal pumps. It is also capable of transporting liquids with high gas or steam content.
