I. Product Introduction
HTB-Y series corrosion and wear-resistant submersible pumps, with their flow components made from high-performance ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that is fully molded. This material is hailed as the most innovative engineering plastic for pumps internationally, boasting exceptional properties: among all engineering plastics, it offers the best wear resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance. Additionally, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for transporting acidic and alkaline slurry and clear liquid within the temperature range of -20 to 90°C.
This series of pumps, produced in bulk for over a decade, has been used by over 600 customers across 2,000 positions. Their temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, wear resistance, and cost-effectiveness in operation have all been recognized by users. Scope of Application
● Non-ferrous metal hydrometallurgy industry: → Particularly suitable for the transportation of various media such as acidic and alkaline solutions, corrosive slurry, electrolyte, waste acid, and wastewater in the hydrometallurgical processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth elements, etc.
● Phosphatic Fertilizer Industry: Transport of dilute acid, mother liquor, and mediums containing silica gel.
●Water Treatment & Environmental Protection Industry: Capable of conveying various wastewater containing impurities.
● Pesticides, dyes, refined chemicals: Capable of transporting acidic and alkaline liquids containing solvents, mixed acids, as well as slurry containing solvents and acidic or alkaline slurry.
