I. Overview

The CQYB type magnetic hydraulic mixture pump, also known as an air flotation pump or dissolved air pump, is a horizontal-installed self-priming gas-liquid mixture product that can use the QYB pump model. All the flow parts of this pump are precision cast from stainless steel material.

The gas-liquid mixture pump can utilize vacuum suction to intake gases, eliminating the need for gas compressors and atmospheric injectors. The high-speed rotating impeller thoroughly mixes the liquid with the gas, obviating the need for agitators and mixers. Through pressurized mixing within the pump chamber, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved, achieving an efficiency of 80~99.9% (percentage). Highly dissolved liquids can be produced without large-scale pressurized gas dissolution tanks or expensive reaction towers.
One CQYB type gas-liquid mixing pump can handle gas-liquid suction, mixing, dissolution, and directly deliver the highly dissolved liquid to the equipment. Therefore, using the CQYB type gas-liquid mixing pump can improve the efficiency of dissolved gas-liquid production, simplify the production unit, save space, significantly reduce initial investment costs, and cut operating and maintenance expenses.
The CQYB type magnetic vortex pump is a new type of vortex pump developed by our company based on the QYB type vortex pump. This series of pumps utilizes a magnetic drive structure and is sealed with an isolation sleeve. The pump has no mechanical seal components, ensuring that it can transfer the medium without any leakage. Multiple users have verified that this series of pumps not only possesses the characteristics of small flow rate and high head of vortex pumps but also has the leakage-free advantage of magnetic pumps, making it highly favored by customers. The material of the pump's flow components can be customized according to customer requirements and can leak-tightly transfer flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and other chemical media.

Section II: Application Scope

This product is suitable for liquid conveyance, industrial mixing and blending, recirculation, and pressure boosting.
Typical Applications: Aeration treatment equipment, ozone water production equipment, oxygen-enriched water production equipment, biochemical treatment equipment, etc.; thermal and refrigerant circulation transfer for various temperature control devices; various filtration systems; extraction or high-pressure transfer of low-viscosity liquids such as gasoline, diluents, and various solvents from underground storage tanks; spray treatment of clean water, pure water, food, chemicals, waste liquids, etc.; demanding uses including intermittent operation, water hammer, and abrupt backpressure changes; e.g., small steam boilers, high-rise water supply, high-pressure water injection into high-pressure tanks, suction from vacuum tanks; collection of sample water from rivers or water storage tanks, transfer of foamy liquids, and transportation through long horizontal pipelines prone to air pockets.

Thinned, clean, low viscosity liquid; pH range of 3-9.

Liquid temperature: -15℃ to 120℃; High environmental temperature: +40℃.

The gas-liquid volume ratio is approximately 1:9 (with an intake of 8~10%).
