The YUF series submerged floating corrosion and wear-resistant pumps consist of three main parts: a floating platform floating on the liquid surface, a corrosion and wear-resistant submerged pump, and an automatic liquid level control switch. Their primary advantages include: the pump rises and falls with the liquid level, ensuring it remains submerged and operates reliably, effectively handling wastewater or sludge in deep pools or sumps. The YUF-J series submerged floating corrosion and wear-resistant pumps, in addition to the aforementioned benefits, feature a mixing impeller at the bottom, which stirs the submerged sediment while conveying the liquid, allowing for simultaneous mixing and suction. They are particularly suitable for various situations with significant liquid level fluctuations, deep liquid levels, and rapid sedimentation rates of materials.
(1) Key Product Features
Chemical Resistance: All contact parts of this pump are made of polypropylene (PP) or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), capable of handling the conveyance of various acidic and alkaline media, excluding concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid.
2. Abrasion Resistance: The pump's flow parts are made of high-performance UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), which boasts excellent abrasion resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. Therefore, this pump is capable of transporting not only clean acidic and alkaline liquids but also various slurry and mortar. It is equipped with a semi-open impeller, offering high flow capacity.
3. Safety: The pump is equipped with an automatic level control switch. When the liquid level in the tank (pond) drops to the shaft seal area, the pump will automatically shut off to prevent damage from running dry.
(II) Technical Performance and Application Scope
Technical Specifications: Operating temperature range of -5~80℃ (can be increased to 100℃ for special requirements or use of modified materials), flow rate of 4~450 m³/h, and head height of 55m or less.
2. Application Range: Widely applicable for conveying various acidic and alkaline mediums, excluding concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
