I. Product Overview:

The NL type sludge pump is mainly composed of components such as the volute, impeller, pump base, pump housing, support cylinder, motor base, and motor. The volute, pump base, motor base, and impeller nut are made of cast iron, offering good corrosion and wear resistance, and are easy to process.

The impeller features three single-arc curved blades, utilizes a semi-closed impeller design, and is made of malleable cast iron, ensuring high strength and corrosion resistance; it is easy to machine, offers good flow passage, and operates efficiently.

2. To reduce weight and minimize machining, the pump shaft is made from high-quality carbon steel cold-drawn round steel.

3. The pump base is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves, preventing shaft wear and extending the service life of the shaft.

4. The NL type sludge mud pump can be used vertically or inclinably, occupying a small footprint. The volute needs to be submerged in the working medium. It is easy to start and does not require priming. The rotation direction should be clockwise when viewed from the motor end. The total length is available in various specifications, allowing users to select the most suitable option based on their specific application and location.

II. Product Application:

1. NL Type sludge mud pump is used in mining, papermaking, dyeing, environmental protection, graphite, mica, gold, ceramics, oil refining, petroleum, chemical industry, farms, salt fields, iodine fields, dye chemistry, winemaking, food, chemical fertilizer, coking, ore selection plants, construction, marble factories, gold mines, mud, quicksand, mud ponds, polluted ponds, and transporting thick, suspended sludge. It is also suitable for mine drainage and fluid containing mud blocks.

2. When paired with high-pressure water pumps and fire hoses, it can be used as a hydraulic mechanized earthwork unit for land leveling, river and pond dredging, and other small-scale hydraulic engineering excavation and conveying, as well as for urban civil air defense and underground projects.
