Vertical screw pump characteristics:
Vertical screw pumps feature a unique working cavity capable of transporting media containing suspended hard, soft solid particles and long fibers (or solids with sharp, angular edges, high-wear particles) and media with long fibers or entrained gases (liquid, solid, gas三相).
1. The particle size of the solid is related to the eccentricity (e) of the "rotor" in each pump model.
Volume concentration of solid content, up to 40% (for powdered particles, up to 70%).
3. The fiber length is related to the screw pitch of each pump model's "rotor," allowing for the effective transport of fiber medium with a viscosity up to 1,000,000 mPa·s (cp). The vertical screw pump features self-priming capabilities: it can self-priming liquid media through pipelines up to a height of 6-8.5 meters. The innovative performance of the vertical screw pump includes the ability to continuously pump while infinitely adjusting aeration (blowing) operations (adding or synthesizing various gases and sterilization gases into the medium). The combination of pumping and aeration through the screw pump ensures that all components in the medium are fully dissolved.
The vertical screw pump has a linear relationship between speed and flow rate, allowing for a fixed speed and variable flow. It can also be adjusted with infinite speed control or multi-stage speed variation to meet various user requirements. The flow accuracy is ±1%, making it suitable as a metering pump for laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and batching.
Pressure (head) generation is related to the stator helical pitch (T), where one pitch (T) produces a pressure of 0.6 MPa (60 meters head) pressure difference, and two pitches yield a second-stage pump pressure of 1.2 MPa (120 meters head).
Any model can be manufactured into vertical, inclined, portable vehicle-mounted, and other types of pumps, as per the operational requirements.
This pump component is minimal and the structure is not complex, making disassembly and maintenance straightforward. Even for beginners, it can be easily mastered in a short period of time.
The pump cannot run dry without a medium, as the "stator" is an elastic material and the "rotor" is made of metal, which would damage the hydraulic components of the pump. Vertical screw pump performance: flow rate from 0.95 to 103 (m³/h).
Standard output pressure products are 0.6 MPa (equivalent to 60 meters of head).
