The Vacuum耙式Dryer is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum dryer. Wet materials are continuously removed from the heated surface by a scraper mixer, forming a circulating flow within the container, and the evaporated moisture is extracted by a vacuum pump. This machine employs a large-area jacket heating method, with a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. The mixing function ensures a continuous circulation of materials inside the drum, further enhancing the uniformity of material heating, allowing for smooth drying of paste, cream, and paste-like materials.
The vacuum dryer's body is cylindrical in the middle, divided into three layers internally and externally. The intermediate jacket can be heated by either a circulating thermal oil or steam. The outer layer is lined with ultra-fine glass wool for excellent insulation with minimal energy consumption. The inner layer is used for placing materials, making it particularly suitable for drying materials prone to oxidation and heat-sensitive materials without damaging the crystalline structure during the drying process.
The vacuum耙式drier operates simply, facilitates the handling of incoming and outgoing materials, significantly reduces the labor intensity for workers, and also minimizes environmental contamination during the drying process, enhancing product quality.
