Principle of Flash Vapor Drying Machine
Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at an appropriate jet speed; it exerts strong shearing, blowing, and rotating forces on the material; the material is micronized through centrifugal force, shearing, collision, and friction; and enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken by the mixer; particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upward by the swirling air stream, further drying as they rise. Due to the rotational flow of the gas-solid phases; the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase; the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is high; thus, the mass and heat transfer between the two phases is enhanced, resulting in high production intensity of the machine.
