Product Overview

The vacuum rake dryer features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product. It is particularly suitable for drying paste materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. Long-term use by customers has proven it to be an excellent drying equipment. Principle: The material to be dried is added at the center of the upper part of the shell. Under the stirring of the continuously reversing rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, with its surface continuously renewed in contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, stirred evenly by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rod, which promotes the effective removal of surface moisture. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser before being vented from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

Continuous operation process where the rotating drum dries materials or strip materials adhering to its outer wall by means of heat transfer.
